Air Treatment
API Pneumatic UK supplies a first-class range of air treatment equipment and products. For compressed air or industrial requirements, we provide our own range of air treatment units, which extends to filter regulator lubricators (FRL’s), as well as micro regulators. In addition, our comprehensive air treatment range also includes a selection of pressure gauges, soft start valves, mounting accessories and stainless steel equipment.
Filter regulator lubricators
Exclusive to API UK, our series of modular filter regulator lubricators (FRLs) is arguably the most unique air treatment units available on the market. Whether you require an air filter, regulator and lubricator, or just a singular component, this is the product for you. Each of our modular filter regulator units can be distributed as a full set or in individual parts. We can provide modular airline equipment units in a variety of different sizes, ranging from 1/4”, 3/8”,1/2” and 1”.
All FRLs from API UK feature regulators with a relieving valve and filters with semi-automatic condense drains, as standard. Our modular, space-saving, airline filter regulator lubricators make it easy to replace damaged components or connectors. As a result, they can deliver 0.5 to 8 bar of regulating pressure, 10 bar inlet pressure and 25-micron filters for high levels of filtration.
Micro regulators
A more recent addition to our air treatment range, API UK can also supply your industry with micro regulators. The function of a micro pressure regulator is to reduce the outgoing pressure and keep it constant, whilst the inlet pressure fluctuates. We can supply micro regulators in 1/8” and 1/4” sizes, which eliminate the need to vent air downstream when reducing pressure for industrial applications.
Soft start valves
Part of our range of air treatment fittings, API UK can supply modular soft start valves. Modular soft start valves allow for gradual pressurisation of pneumatic lines when switched on. When switched off, soft start valves rapidly exhaust downstream pressure for industrial applications requiring air treatment.
Featuring a modular design, our soft start valves allow for easy assembly in conjunction with other products in our air treatment range. API UK’s soft start valves are available in a range of sizes, as well as in both electrical and pneumatic versions, ready for whatever your application requires.
Pressure gauges
Part of our range of compressed air treatment connectors, API UK can supply a range of pressure gauges. Ranging from analogue to digital and vacuum, our pressure gauges are used for measuring the pressure within pneumatic systems. Whether you require traditional dry gauges or battery-powered digital vacuum gauges, we can provide the right solution for your application. Each of our pressure gauges is available in a variety of sizes. We also have a range of digital pressure switches, as part of our pressure gauge range.
Our pressure gauges and pressure switches are designed for use alongside API UK’s other treatment products and units, which combine effectively to deliver a bespoke air treatment solution.
Stainless steel air treatment equipment
For additional customisation, API UK can provide our modular air treatment units in stainless steel. Manufactured for use in harsh environments, our stainless steel air treatment equipment is best suited for applications that require a corrosion and chemical resistant method of air filtration. For additional reassurance of quality, API’s stainless steel airline equipment also meets ATEX standards, ensuring its compatibility with explosive environments.
Air treatment accessories
To complement the different types of air treatment equipment and units we have in stock, API UK also offers extensive air treatment accessories range. From mounting accessories to assembly kits and spare parts, we can match the right air treatment accessories with your desired compressed air applications. f you are unsure as to which accessory will work best, you can always chat with one of our friendly and knowledgeable experts.
