For additional customisation, our A1 series solenoid valves can be supplied as NAMUR solenoid-operated valves. Specifically designed for NAMUR interface mounting, this range is more bespoke to accommodate niche applications. Key features of this model include a choice of non-sparking, encapsulated or flameproof coils, depending on customer requirements.

Our advanced A2 series of electrically operated solenoid valves is capable of high flow rates from a smaller valve body. Featuring a comparable design to poppet valves, our stainless steel directly operated solenoid valves can be supplied either in 15mm or 22mm, depending on requirements.

To ensure compatibility with extreme applications, such as those found within chemical and oil and gas processes, these direct-operated solenoid control valves are manufactured with Acetal resin on both the valve body and internal parts, which helps contribute towards the robust and non-corrosive stainless steel design.

Indirect operated solenoid valves

Indirect operated solenoid valves from API UK can be used in a wider variety of industrial applications, including water and steam, as well as compressed air. Featuring a robust brass body and corrosion-resistant stainless steel internals, our indirect, pneumatically operated solenoid valves are available in a variety of sizes, ranging from ¼” to 2”.

For additional customisation, we can supply our indirect stainless steel solenoid valves with a variety of sealing options, including EPDM, FKM and NBR for use in high temperature and clean water applications.
